About Chelsea

I am a Licensed Sales Producer here at the Janice Capaldo Agency, LLC. I have worked in the insurance industry for almost two years and I absolutely love it! I adore our clients and I really enjoy getting to know everyone, so please don’t hesitate to stop in and chat with me!

I grew up in Portville and graduated from PCS. After graduating, I earned my Associates Degree in Social Sciences from JCC. I lived in Pittsburgh, PA for about three years and moved back to the area in August of 2021. I have a soft spot for Pittsburgh, but WNY will always be my home. There is no place like it!

I am the proud mom of two cats, Cookie and Dottie. Cookie’s full name is actually Fortune Cookie because I once got a fortune cookie that read “to reduce stress, get a cat”. I took that as a sign and adopted Cookie the next day. Dottie is a new addition to my little family. I found her living on an abandoned bridge and I just couldn’t leave her. She quarantined in the office for a bit before I brought her home, so you might have already met her!

When I am not working, you can find me spending time with my family or my two best friends, Molly and Sarah. I also enjoy reading (true crime is my favorite), hiking, road tripping or just chilling in my jammies watching movies or trash TV.

I am a HUGE Buffalo Bills fan-I swear Buffalo football is the glue that holds my family together. I am an especially big fan of Dawson Knox (this may or may not be because I have a huge crush on him).

I like a wide variety of music, but my all-time favorite artist is Beyonce’. I saw her in a concert a few years ago, and it was one of the most memorable and fun nights of my life. Fun fact: our birthdays are only one day apart, so I always tell people that we are basically the same person.

Something you may not know about me is that I am left-handed and double-jointed. Because of this, my fingers are somewhat “squishy” and I have zero chance of winning a thumb war….
